How can I be notified of Beureka's latest promotions?
One of the easiest ways to get updates from us is to subscribe to Beureka’s email newsletter. You can subscribe using the signup form located at the bottom-right corner of any page. Alternatively, register for an account and select the checkbox to receive our newsletter.

Are Beureka's products authentic?
We have entered into various partnerships to ensure that all our products are taken from brand owners and reputable suppliers. These partners are chosen through comprehensive research, and we always ensure that our suppliers are authorised dealers with proper licenses/certificates.

We perform Quality Checks at every part of the supply chain as well!

What is Beureka's pricing policy?
Our intention is to reduce the price of beauty products. We think that the pricing of beauty products in traditional channels, especially departmental stores, is just too expensive!

Our goal is for more people to benefit from beauty products. We want to empower women by equipping them with affordable beauty products and boosting their confidence.

In a nutshell, all of Beureka’s products embody our transparent pricing policy.

Does Beureka take B2B or wholesale orders?
Unfortunately, we do not offer bulk discounts, B2B or wholesale orders at this point in time. However, if you would like to request for special orders, you can contact us with your details.


Orders, Shipping & Delivery

Does Beureka offer free shipping?
Yes, we do! There’s free shipping in Singapore with a minimum spend of $80. For Singapore orders below $80, shipping charges will be at a flat rate of $5.
Is there international shipping available?
Yes, we offer flat rate shipping to Indonesia & Malaysia at $12 per order.

How long does it take for my order to reach me?
After payment is made, your order will be processed and dispatched within 1 working day. You will then receive your item within 1 – 3 working days after it has been dispatched. We ensure reliability and accountability through our fast and efficient courier partners.
Will I receive an invoice for my order?
After payment is made, you will receive an invoice with the email you provided within 24 hours. Please check your spam folder or add info[at]beureka.com to your address book.
Can I cancel my order after placing it?
After placing an order with Beureka, we will send an order receipt with your payment details to your billing email address. You can still cancel your order if you have not yet received a confirmation email that your order has shipped. Simply log in to your account and cancel your order, or drop us a message if you’re not a registered user.
How can I track my order?
You can visit the Track Your Order page to get your order details using your Order ID number and Billing email address. This can be done without the need to register an account or to sign in.

We use trackable parcels so that you can always stay informed regarding your parcel’s delivery status, and our responsible delivery personnel ensures that your package will always reach you.

I have received an incorrect item that is not in my order.
Please contact us at info[at]beureka.com with your order number and the name of the incorrect item. We will try our best to resolve the matter as quick as possible!



What payment methods does Beureka offer?
Currently we only offer the following payment methods:

  • Credit/Debit Card payment
  • Paypal

We do not accept Cash-on-Delivery, eNets or iBanking at this point in time. However, if you think that one of these is a must-have on our website, drop us a message! We take customer feedback very seriously at Beureka.


Returns & Refunds

Help, I’ve received a defective item!
Please contact us at info[at]beureka.com with your order number, the name of the item and a description of the defect(s).

We will send you a replacement of the item as soon as we can!

Help, I think I’ve received a counterfeit product!
We always check the shipped products we receive for defects and authenticity – after all, it always pays to be careful as we want you to receive your products in the best condition.

You will receive a refund only if any of your orders are indeed found to be fake or counterfeits.

What is Beureka's Refund Policy?
If you have had a change of mind after ordering a product from us, or after you have received that product, we are willing to refund you if:

  • The packaging (perfume box, for instance) is not opened
  • The seal of the product is not broken (i.e. it is in sellable condition)

Note: If you have a change of mind after the product has landed in your hands, you will have to bear the cost of return postage charges Your refund will take at least a minimum of 7 working days from the date that we receive your package.
