1. Are your items authentic?

All our products are 100% authentic, sourced from authorized distributors and brand suppliers.

 

2. How are you able to offer the products at affordable prices?

Beureka operates online, therefore we are able to save on operating expenses and offer more discounts.

 

3. When will you restock an out of stock item?

We will be restocking items once they are available again.

 
4. Can I change my order?

We do not encourage editing your order after payment. We will process and pack your order according to the details captured by the system. If you would like to edit your order, please apply for an order cancellation and place another order with the right details.

Delivery

1. Is delivery free? How much is the shipping fee?

Delivery fees are automatically calculated by our third-party logistics partner on your checkout page. Free shipping is automatically applied for all orders above SGD80.

2. How long is delivery?

Our customers usually receive their parcels in 3 to 5 working days after we have handed them over to our logistics partner. However, kindly note that the delivery schedule of our logistics partner is beyond our control.

3. Can I collect my order from your store?

We currently do not have a physical store to cater for self-collection. 

4. Can I opt for express delivery or a specific time delivery ?

Our current logistics does not support any express or specific time delivery services. Rest assured, after you have placed your order, we will process and ship out your item as soon as we can!

5. Can I change my delivery address?

We highly suggest that you check on your delivery address before proceeding to check out. Once your order is processed and packed, we are unable to change the delivery address. In the event that the delivery address provided is incorrect and the package is delivered, Beureka will not be liable for any replacement or refund.

6. Do you deliver overseas?
No, we are based in Singapore and we currently only deliver locally.

General Product Enquiries

1. My product bottle does not state any expiry date, where can I check the expiry date?

We recommend checking the expiry date via the manufacturing date or batch code number with any online cosmetics batch checker. The batch codes are usually found at the bottom or the sides of the bottles or packaging.
