1. Are the products authentic?
All our products are 100% authentic, they are sourced directly from authorized suppliers and brands.

2. Where are you located and do you ship worldwide?
We are based in Singapore and we currently only ship locally.

3. Why are your items at affordable prices?
Unlike other beauty retailors which have a Brick-and-Mortar business model, having our business entirely online allows us to save on extra operational expenses such as rental, and therefore we are able to offer products at a more affordable price!

4. Is Beureka on any other channels?
Yes, we are also available on Lazada, Shopee and Amazon.

5. How do we order?
Browse our product catalogue and click on "add to cart" for the products that you'd like to purchase. To checkout, click on the cart button at the top right corner of the page to review your items, enter your shipping details and make payment.

6. How do I create an account?

7. How long does delivery take?
Beureka will process your orders as soon as possible within 1-2 working days In peak periods, do allow us 3 - 5 working days to pack your order before sending it to our logistics partner.

8. Can I request for delivery at a certain time/day?
Delivery schedule of our logistics partner is beyond our control and we are unable to request a delivery at a certain time/day.

9. Can I return or exchange an item?

1. What is the difference between EDT (Eau de Toilette) and EDP (Eau de Parfum)?

EDT are fragrances that lasts less longer than EDP, as they hold a lower level of concentration and intensity.
